Jerome Bailey is the co-founder of Diversity Health NetWoRx.  He is a highly experienced and well-versed pharmaceutical/biotech executive with more than 35 years in the industry. He has a background in clinical operations and program management (product development/portfolio management) with diverse experience in pre-clinical,  Early Phase and Late Phase (Phase II - IV) clinical operational management and CMC, marketing, third-party vendor management, licensing, and CRO management experience.

Jerome has managed large departments in global R and D companies across multiple therapeutic areas: CNS, Neuropsychiatry, Oncology (solid and hematological), Rheumatology, and Immunology while providing strategic and analytic leadership across all areas of the R and D pipeline. Jerome has worked to champion diversity within both pharmaceutical and biotech industries to increase participation by underrepresented populations in all phases of clinical trials.
