Eleanor serves as the Director of Clinical Research Operations at a Pharmaceutical company, where she plays a crucial role in the facilitation, development, and implementation of clinical trials. With minimal supervision, Eleanor ensures that development plan timelines are met or exceeded and that projects remain within budget.​
